The short version
You can use every tool on this site without an account, without giving us your name or email, and without any real-money transaction. Your simulator picks and settings can live in your own browser's storage and never leave your device through those features. The site measures its traffic with cookie-free, aggregate page analytics that cannot identify you, described in section 2. If we ever add advertising, this page will say so plainly before or at the time it happens.
1. Information we collect
Accounts and identity. The site has no accounts, no sign-in, and no forms that ask for personal information.
Tool data on your device. Features such as saved pick sets and your theme choice use your browser's local storage under keys like ks_theme and ks_saved_pick_sets. This data stays in your browser. You can clear it anytime through your browser settings.
Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard, short-lived technical logs, such as IP address, request path, and user agent, used for security and operations. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
2. Analytics and advertising
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-focused measurement service run by our hosting provider and served from our own domain. It counts page views in aggregate, along with the referring site, the visitor's country, and the general device and browser type. It sets no cookies, stores no identifier on your device, and cannot follow you across other websites. Visits are counted with a short-lived hash that expires within a day, so we can see which tools people use without knowing who anyone is.
We also measure which tools and features get used, in aggregate, through custom events in the same Vercel service and through Google Analytics. These events describe actions like running a simulation or joining a tournament, never the numbers you pick or anything that identifies you personally. Google Analytics is operated by Google, may set cookies or similar identifiers when it runs, and is described in Google's own privacy policy. It runs by default, and the small consent note that appears on your first visit lets you turn it off with one tap. Your choice is remembered in your browser and the cookie-free Vercel measurement stays on either way.
No advertising scripts run on this site. If we add advertising, the ad provider and any related cookie or consent choices will be disclosed here, and visitors in regions that require consent will be asked before such cookies are set.
3. Cookies
The site itself sets no tracking cookies. Theme, tool preferences, saved tickets, your play session, and your analytics choice use local browser storage or a first-party session cookie that identifies your chip account and nothing else. Google Analytics may set its own cookies while it runs, and turning it off through the consent note stops that. Any future advertising cookies will be disclosed in this policy before use.
4. Children
The site simulates a gambling-style game, is intended for adults, and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
5. Your rights
Because we do not collect personal information through the site, there is typically nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. If you believe we hold personal information about you, or you have any privacy question, email us and we will respond. Residents of regions with privacy laws such as the GDPR or CCPA may exercise their rights through the same contact.
6. Data sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties, because we do not collect it. Standard infrastructure providers (such as our host) process technical data solely to run the service.
7. The companion app
The Keno Royale mobile app is a separate product with its own privacy disclosures presented through Google Play and the Apple App Store. This policy covers the website only.
8. Changes and contact
We will update this page when our practices change, and the date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Questions can be sent to seniorgamesclub@gmail.com. See also our Terms of Use and Responsible Play pages.
